BWAP backpacks lined the walls of DNA Galleries on July 3, 2014, for the second annual group art show. Packs from the Plains brought together two local businesses and more than twenty local artists to put a different kind of art on display. Participants from all over the state of Oklahoma were invited transform a backpack into an Oklahoma-themed piece of artwork. All the submissions were put on display in the gallery during Live on the Plaza, a monthly event held in Oklahoma City’s Plaza District. All proceeds from the featured backpacks benefitted the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.
